The whole stay was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and with a great view , only thing that seemed to be a bit bothering us was smell coming from toilet , even tho it was all clean . Other then that beautifully spent week in the apartment.

Excellent stay. The customer support was fantastic (thank you, Lisa) and the location was perfect - walking distance or a very short Uber drive away from Bayside. The apartment was immaculate and the accommodations were great down to the linen/cotton sheets and the comfy bed. They were easy to contact and the price was great. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was dirty. Almost every towel but two were dirty, covered in other people’s hair and black filth. When we originally booked there was a different check out then when we were forced to leave. When I asked for the late check out I was told that it was okay and then was forced to leave before hand. Definitely not worth the money it cost.

The suit was impressive and very luxurious with stunning views. The only bad part was the parking was a bit confusing at first. Once we got pass that we were good. Do not stay here if you're trying to use the gym. Their gym is disgusting with very few options. They have a steam room where it smelled like pee and thete was throw up on the floor.

Overall, we loved it. The view from the balcony was the best part for me. It was right among the action of the city and I loved it. The amenities in the building were terrific. The pool, the gym, the hot tub - we enjoyed all of it an took so many pictures. You can catch the free Metromover just outside the building, who h we did, or it’s a 10 minute ride to Bayside Marketpkace. And the Miami Heat play basically across the street. The apartment was clean, the beds were great as were the showers. The only cons were that the internet did not work well so there was no way to watch anything on tv and operating the elevator was a little challenging sometimes. Most of the people we encountered were residents of the building - most of them rather wealthy. We would definitely visit again.

Room clean, secure facility. Can’t do anything about the parking issues downtown so not the property fault. Check in was a major hassle, spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get keys, it was 2am so there were low options for help, didn’t get keys but got to room. Spent most of the next morning trying to get the keys for access as if you leave you can’t get back without them, missed a booked event we had because of this. Was on the phone with customer service most of the time, they said the staff had came to the room 3 times with keys before they actually got them to us, but we were in the room near the door the entire time waiting. Unfortunately this was a bad experience and ruined the first day of our vacation. After this was resolved the stay was decent.
