This is our second time coming to this hotel which was excellent the first time. Hotel has a great view, location right next to the beach is ideal. However on this second visit the elevator seemed to always be out of service, making it a slow process to go to and from our rooms, on the day of the checkout we had to use the stairs because we waited more than 20 minutes for the elevator. The biggest problem was the pool which was dirty with mold around the tiles and unidentified green spilled on the entrance the whole time we were there (3days). Hotel was out of pool/beach towels by 4pm everyday. Hope the staff is able to fix this and make this hotel a gem.

We celebrated our son’s 15th birthday this past weekend and really enjoyed our stayed at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the wait for the elevator: one did not work well and the other two were glitchy (closed too fast).

The bed was not comfortable at all. I was locked out of my room at 10:30 PM and not all elevators in service. Had to keep going up and down the elevator from the 25th floor to obtain new keys until security had to come with to get me into my room with a master key. The parking was ridiculous and the machine would not print receipts for my business trip. Not too impressed.

Not a very good option for the price. Staff is unfriendly, especially on the beach, they act like you owe them something. No service or willingness to help at all. Front desk staff ok. Cleaning service- 8::30am!!!! Cone on!!! We are on vacation, and they won’t come back later!!!! Beach access closes at 6:00pm!!!!! And they start kicking you out at 4:30pn!!!!! Not a good service at all.

Amazing hotel very clean and service staff are excellent we love it it’s our first time to come here but will not be last time we are 4 families all of us enjoyed the room suite king bed was really amazing , king suite has full kitchen fridge and stove dining room and sofa bed which is suitable for family . Has big balcony partial view can see the beach all the time Security guards doing great job checking all the time Really amazing experience

such a great place and everything we needed was in the room like it was a whole apartment inside of the hotel. The view was amazing too. The beach and the pool all make up the full picture. The poolside “Starbucks” was amazing too

The Property is very Beautiful love the lobby the outside sitting area...The pool area has food Starbucks for those morning coffee dates The room nice cozy felt like home the bathroom is huge two sinks huge tub shower enough space to move around the bed was cozy pillows nice and soft i had a partial view perfect location16th floor loved it my balcony was everything nice and big....The beach was sat up good the men tht help with towels umbrella are hard workers and nice really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk people we're so pleasant when we walked in fast check in !!
