It’s a great place to stay! It’s only a 10$ Lyft from anywhere you need to go! You could walk to brickell. It’s very nice and the buildings is prolly the best one on the block!

1 Parking free spot and easy on well lit street. A little noisy because of a busy street but we slept well so no bothering. Walking distance to little Havana. Cvs next door. Ver convenient. Beautiful and spacious apartment with easy check-in/check-out and convenient parking. The location is also quite close to downtown, which is a plus. Suggestion for Management: For added security and peace of mind, it would be great if tenants could lock the door from the inside.
