Very large private, elevated detached Villa situated in the most beautiful and safest neighbourhood of Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha, set on 1176sqm of terraced gardens. Only 2km to 'Ghadira' Mellieha Bay's gorgeous sandy beach.
Close to all amenities - 100mtrs walk to bus stops, supermarkets, bars, pubs, pizzerias, restaurants and more. 10 minute walk into the village centre. No rental car is necessary.
Accommodation consists of a patio, large hallway, 3 fully AIRCONDITIONED double bedrooms to sleep 7 persons plus additional open plan bedroom with sofa-bed, another 2 additional double sofa-beds in open plan living area, 2 extra single beds and 2 baby travel cots.
2 separate bathrooms (1 of which ensuite), open plan AIRCONDITIONED lounge/games room, large kitchen with a large dining table for 12 persons, pantry/laundry, multiple sun terraces and gardens.
Facilities include 4 Brand New Air Conditioner units, 2 large electric fans, fully equipped kitchen, large billiards table, table-soccer, Outside in the courtyard is a Palazetti BBQ (charcoal/wood not included), outdoor furnishings, outdoor breakfast lounge, large parasol,
FREE WIFI, HDMI TV only works when connected to your personal laptop or for DVD film watching with our DVD player with a selection of over 40 DVD movies to see.
To further explain the sleeping quarters this property comfortably sleeps 7 persons in 3 private double bedrooms, 5 persons in an open-plan living area on 3 double sofa beds and 2 single mobile beds off the open plan living area. Also we have 2 free mobile travel baby cots for the little ones and a high chair.
Elderly guests are also taken care of, as we have built a ramp on the side of the villa for our elderly to avoid any stairs should you need to.
Kitchen includes a microwave, a Severin Steamer, a gas operated oven/stove with 4 burners, fridge/freezer, orange squeezer, 4 slice toaster, weight scales, grill, electric blender and an electric coffee maker, pots, pans and all sorts of kitchen ware. A fantastic new back garden with beautiful outdoor furnishings and fruit tree orchard plus a relaxing garden quarter with hammock between two trees for you to nap on your laid-back relaxed afternoons.
This property is also available to foreigners for longer stay periods. Please ask for a good long term rate.

Lovely villa and the host was great - really helpful and quick with all my questions. Great base to go to visit the rest of Malta. The only thing that would make it better is more shade outside during the day.

Fabulous location in a quiet residential area, great for large groups, very homely and comfortable Excellent outdoor space to relax in. Snooker table (half size) and table football great fun for all. Easy transport links locally. Charlene is a fabulous host who responds immediately to any query. Highly recommended

Great location for exploring Malta

Mellieha is a not far from St. Paul's Bay, Paradise Bay, and Red Tower to name a few nearby attractions, and is not as crowded as many areas in Malta. Additionally, this villa is in a beautiful neighborhood, and bus stop and shops are easily accessible. It is spacious and comfortable, with many family friendly extras, like a pool table, foosball table, nice backyard area, high chair, and portable crib. And our host, Charlene, was always so helpful and responsive to our needs.

Nice villa.. very spacious. Everything worked apart from the TV that sporadically switched itself on & off for a couple of nights, but miraculously worked fine on our last night. We would've welcomed a bit more in the kitchen like foil, a microwave dish that fitted in the microwave. If there was one we didn't find it. A welcome pack that all other hosts have left would've been expected if I'm honest, a few bits in the fridge etc. We couldn't find washing powder either. Just small things like that to help. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

Tolle Villa mit viel Platz für eine Familie

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hat vor unserer Anreise unsere Fragen gleich geantwortet. Super Kommunikation! Die Villa ist groß und für eine Familie gut geeignet. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr über den Billardtisch und Tischkicker gefreut. Und vor allem über die kleine Schildkröte Paddy, die sie täglich füttern dürften. Alles nur zu empfehlen!
