I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The balcony view was amazing, and the fresh sea air was just perfect. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices for everyone. Overall, such a great experience — I’d definitely love to come back!

This was a wonderful hotel located on a bluff with very easy access to the swimming spots in the sea. Plenty of amenities and dining options, however, my wife being a vegetarian very limited options. Easy walking distance down to the bay with plenty more shopping and dining options. The entire hotel staff were courteous and provided great service. Enjoyed the spa facility and it was very clean. Actually the entire hotel and facilities were clean. Rooms were comfortable and loved the sea facing balconies to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises with my morning coffee during the stay. Overall, a great hotel, amenities, location and staff. Will definitely return.

The hotel staff were very attentive, friendly and looked after us throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel exceeded our expectation in every way. The next door building works did not deter from our enjoyment and we had minimal noise at the pool from it.

Clean comfortable bed and the room in general is clean, but the carpets are dirty around the edges. There was a piece of rubbish outside the room on arrival, which was still there on my departure 5 days later. The air conditioning is very loud and the room key stops working constantly if this touches electronic equipment, such as a mobile. The shower in the bath isn’t great and the toilet constantly refilled. My view on the hotel is that this is a 4 star at best. The hotel has potential to be really good, it just needs many areas upgrading - bathrooms, air conditioning, bar areas, carpets

Loved the amenities such as pool areas, spa, breaking buffet, nice staff. As others have noted, rooms could use a refresh. Carpet changed out to vinyl flooring, paint job on the walls would go a long way. Otherwise, loved having a balcony that overlooked the pools and the Mediterranean. We really enjoyed our staff. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff all A++!

Our stay was amazing and an extraordinary experience. Visiting for our honeymoon, we were informed upon arrival that we were provided a double room upgrade to the Executive suite and access to the Executive Lounge. Our room was beautiful and made for a memorable stay. The Executive Lounge was our favourite spot, being able to stop by for a drink and snack at any point of the day and the hostess’ working the lounge were beyond friendly and ensured the lounge was in pristine and welcoming conditioning at all times. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful and the pool and beach areas provide great options for swimming and enjoying the sun. Overall our stay was amazing and we will for sure return.

For a 5* hotel this is very underwhelming. The property is extremely dated and the rooms are in disrepair. We had to move rooms on our first night because multiple items in the room were broken (shower, kettle, safe and the lock on the door). There is also a significant amount of construction noise on one side of the property. HOWEVER, once we moved rooms (at our own expense) this wasn’t noticeable. The pool is good, as is the proximity to shops/restaurants. Onsite restaurants are of a good standard, particularly the Italian and Steakhouse. Hotel staff are hit and miss, with some being very pleasant and others extremely rude and arrogant. If you’re looking for a ‘quiet’ location, this isn’t for you. Paceville is 10 minutes away and densely populated with nightlife and drunk tourists. Overall I’d say the hotel is closer to a 3* and think we would be unlikely to return considering all of the above. Hope this helps and gives you an honest overview!
