Mini Sanctuary

The place is exactly as described: in a quiet neighborhood with privacy. We love to camp, so staying in close quarters was comfortable. Nice to have a pool all to ourselves when not at the beach! Joshua was very quick to respond and help with an issue when we first arrived and wanted to be sure we had a good stay.

Great little house, had everything I needed. Relaxing poolside was amazing! My only suggestion is to offer more outdoor furniture other than the 2 chairs by the pool. I would have enjoyed working or eating meals outside.

Nice tiny house

Nice tiny house in calm, safe and quiet area. Close to Melbourne beach. Within one hour of drive to all attractions we wanted to see (Daytona, KSC, Orlando). The only thing which was non-working was a washing mashine (doors did not close for some reason, so we had to use public laundry) and scent of the tap water from time to time. Besides, everything was perfect, clean and tidy. Good equipment. Clean linens. There is also a nice pool, but we have not used it as it was litte too cold outside. Advice for EU visitors: no tea kettle (non of US properties across Florida we stayed in had it), which is the standard in Europe, but it was a very good coffee machine. All in all, I recommend this property.

Perfect tiny home away from home!

Cute tiny home, very clean with all the necessities. Quiet neighborhood, lots of privacy and yet easy access to everything. Only a few minute drive to the beaches. Check in was a breeze. We never had to contact the host, as everything went as expected and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!!

Highly recommend the “Mini Melby”! 10/10! Was very clean, cute, and welcoming! Looks even nicer in person than it does in the awesome drone photos in the listing! We will definitely be coming back here next time we’re in Melbourne.

Beautiful property in a quiet location

We had a lovely stay with Josh & Niki. A lovely property just as in the photos attention to detail was brilliant. USB charger very helpful as we are from the UK. Even had a pen in the draw. Lovely decor and crockery all done with impeccable taste. Having use of their swimming pool was also a bonus. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. 😊
