We stayed on the grand final weekend and although we rarely watch TV when on holiday we did want to watch the football on the night of our arrival. Unfortunately the free to air TV channels were not working. The rooms are quite small so not ideal for a long stay.

Room the size of a shoebox

This hotel room was one of those ones where you can only stay one night or else the life would drain out of you as you lay on the bed looking at the sliver of the outside world seen from the mostly frosted window. VIP perks not honoured. Staff wouldn’t care less or didn’t take the time to notice.

Ink Southbank was a great find! Staff were so friendly and accommodating, room was clean and fresh and located in a super convenient location, walking distance to the City centre and tram stops. Would definitely recommend!!

Good hotel let down but housekeeping and reception

The hotel in general was OK. Arrived late due to delayed flight - reception was overworked and not welcoming. Very busy weekend due to British Lions tour. We were given a room that was dirty, toilet seat dislodged and hanger ripped off the wall. Thankfully the management gave us a another room but it wasn't cleaned for some time with dust everywhere. Great location though. Was meant to get bottle of wine but did not eventuate.
