I stayed here for ten days and there was a ton of construction during this time. The elevators didn’t work at one point but that was quickly remedied. Breakfast was mediocre at best but edible. Nothing fancy. Parking was awkward. We had to park around the back of the building, ring a bell every time we wanted to enter the parking garage, get back in the car and pull in. The room was decent as well. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the shower. It was a nice hotel for the price. Close to everything and a really good location. Although there were pros…I wouldn’t stay here again.

I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel the weekend a cyclone was scheduled to hit my home. The airlines were fantastic and rebooked us to the following weekend with no issue. When we contacted the hotel to reschedule or cancel my booking, the hotel said no. Every time I try to call the hotel front desk to speak to someone, I end up on hold indefinitely and nobody picks up. It's been 6 days and no response from them. I'm very disappointed. I am posting a review of my terrible experience with this hotel, and I hope nobody else has to go through this frustration like this.

Comfy well equipped rooms, yummy generous breakfast (although the eggs tasted rehydrated), fantastic walkable location and friendly staff. Parking was easy too however you access the garage from the alleyway behind.
