Upon arrival, no luggage carts were to be found. We were told you have to go looking for them on floors 4-8.
Parking is shared with the Capital One building. When a show has ended, the garage is jam-packed and it’s a mess to get through. Parking is $25 a day
We had four guests in the room and on arrival there were only three sets of towels. We had asked for additional towels upon check in. Once we got to the room, I called the front desk and asked for additional towels, it took an hour to get those towels. We had been traveling and every one wanted to shower immediately.
The next day housekeeping only brought two sets of towels when they refreshed the room and on our third day, they literally didn’t clean anything. They took all the dirty towels, dumped the trash cans and made the beds. There was one washcloth provided. It was a hassle to have to ask for towels every day.
There was one complementary bottle of springwater provided in the room although there were four guests. The bottle of water was never replenished. We had a three nights stay.
The property grounds were well maintained. The hotel is beautiful and close to shopping, which we enjoyed. The Perch was never open during the times we were free which was after 8pm so I am unsure of their hours. Rooms are spacious.
Breakfast is basic, the same options each day. It’s the continental breakfast you would find at a Holiday Inn Express with better aesthetics.
