It was not a good experience we arrived at the property late at night and we were not able to use our reservation, we have a service dog and they could not understand that it is not a pet despite showing accreditations. Service dogs are trained and by law access should not be denied. No service and a lot of interest in making money they wanted to charge us 100 dollars extra for our stay Wow and all this at 11pm tired of the trip we had to look for another place to spend the night.
