Stunning ocean and one of Mazatlans top tourist attraction cliff divers views.

Although the spectacular oceanfront view may be the best feature of the condo, there is also the rare breathtaking view of the cliff divers and the plaza that includes food carts and many celebrations and ceremonies such as when Mexican President Obrador spoke to the military and government officials in front of the condo on February 24th 2024.

The Vue condominium is the only oceanfront condominium or hotel in the over 15 miles of Mazatlan coastline that can see the cliff divers. From the southwest corner of the deck you can actually frequently see the divers hit the water and swim to shore. The vast majority of the 50 condominiums in The Vue cannot see the cliff divers at all.

Located furthest west on the Pacific Ocean of all of the hotels and condos in centro Mazatlan. The condo is inside the lively carnival area that is especially loud during Mardi Gras week, moto week and spring break.

Purified safe drinking water and ice maker. In the many Mazatlan hotels and condos I have stayed in none of them have had safe drinking water available in this building.

Restaurants, the Central Market and the center of downtown are within walking distance.

Always changing condo view of plaza activities, malecon, the waves crashing below, the pelicans diving for fish and with other birds soaring past at eye level.

6 foot Jacuzzi bathtub in the condo. It has the only jacuzzi and there is only one other bathtub in the 50 condo building. Unlike most Mazatlan swimming pools that are barely heated, the Vue Infinity pool is approximately 88° to 90° during the colder months from November until May.

In the common area near the pool is a gas barbecue.

New 60 inch 4K smart Samsung television for the living room dining room and kitchen which has over 2,000 channels including HBO Showtime Starz Cinemax etc. Second television in the master bedroom which includes Mexican channels and Netflix.

Huge deck and unlike the vast majority of "Vue Condo" decks it is far from other decks and has some totally private area.

Located in a safe upscale oceanfront neighborhood with friendly 24 hour security always on duty.
