Lo peor que me pudo pasar es haber reservado este hotel. Reserve este hotel por 3 noches en mazamitla jalisco. Llegamos el jueves a eso de las 10pm y GRAN sorpresa que nos llevamos mi familia y yo, el hotel estaba cerrado. Tal cual lo leen CERRADO.. estuve llamando a la recepción, y tocábamos por todos lados del hotel y obviamente nunca nos abrieron. Tuvimos que andar buscando hotel a esas horas de la noche. Al siguiente dia llame a orbit y me salen con la novedad que el hotel esta cerrado temporalmente. Orbitz querian que reinstalarme en otro hotel de los alrededores pero querian que yo pagara la reservacion y que despues me iban a reembolsar lo de hostal de la montaña, lo cual yo le reuse a pagar otra reservacion con orbitz. Despues de dos horas en el telefono con el agente de orbitz me dicen que ellos no me pueden reembolsar mi dinero porque yo lo pague directamente con el hotel hostal de la montaña, y yo les dije que yo lo pagué directamente con orbitz, que yo no sabia si le había pagado al hotel directamente o a otbitz, pues despues de otra larga espera el hotel “decidió que me iba a rembolsar el dinero” han pasado varios dias y no e recibido ni un peso. Asi que por favor nunca renten esa propiedad. Pesimo servicio😖😖😖

La habitación es muy cómoda y limpia, el hotel está a 8 minutos del centro a pie, solo que no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero el lugar es seguro. El único detalle es que se escucha todo afuera de la habitación, estuvimos 2 noches, la primera llegaron otros huéspedes a las 5 de la mañana haciendo mucho ruido, la segunda a las 6 de la mañana había otro haciendo una transmisión desde el patio y después varios niños jugando y la televisión de otra habitación con el volumen muy fuerte, en ambas ocasiones todo se escuchaba adentro de la habitación y no hay personal en el hotel para reportar esos detalles.

Me gusta llegar ahí ya que es accesible para ir al Centro caminando y hay al rededor tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias, etc El trato al momento de querer ir a pagar (temprano) fue malo, muy grosera la chica, al hacer check Inn (el chico) ese si fue totalmente amable! El área de wifi sigue siendo deficiente, no da en todo el hotel, es importante ya que ahí se pierde la cobertura de red móvil y la TV no tiene cable!

Tienes que recoger la llave en otro lugar, cómo a 2 cuadras. Hay un tragaluz que te despierta a las 6 am que sale el sol, deberían de taparlo o ponerle una cortina. Los de al lado con música a las 6 am.
