There was no proper communication on what was included in the cabin. This reservation was a gift for a wedding anniversary. Once the couple arrived, the cabin had no silverware, had no cups, no plates. Once couple checked out they were told that cabin upstairs was the one with all amenities, however, reservation never mention that.

Excelente solo vecinos ruidosos

Super bien todo, solo que no tuvimos la suerte de tener vecinos tranquilos, íbamos a descansar y salir de la rutina, los vecinos de arriba ruidosos a toda hora se escuchaba que movían objetos y arrastraban muebles hasta en la madrugada sabe que harían y los de al lado gritos y música, creo que debería haber políticas de tranquilidad y moderación de música o existiera áreas para fiesta o para descansar, de allí en más super hermoso el lugar, limpio y el sr e hijo muy amables diez para ellos y la cabaña, solo políticas para huéspedes no estaría mal que consideren

Está bonita la cabaña, pero no me gusto que no tuviera servicios como plancha para ropa, ni cocina, ni refri, ni closet o donde poner las maletas, muy caro para lo que es.

La cabaña no tiene closets,por lo que no se puede colgar la ropa.Nos dejaron un jabón para los tres días que estuvimos. Desde la puerta de entrada hasta donde se encuentran las cabañas hay varios caminos y no hay letreros que indiquen cual es el correcto,por lo que te puedes equivocar especialmente de noche,tal como nos pasó en la primera noche se nuestra estancia.

Excelentes instalaciones, muy buena calidad y comodidad. Las ventanas hacia el bosque se ven increíbles, sobretodo el fraccionamiento del que forman parte esta impactante en lo que cabe mencionar Un detalle algo incomodo es la perilla de la habitación (3A), parecía que fue forzada o maltratada, deja una mala sensación al cerrar por la noche. Un segundo detalle sería la falta de una escoba o trapeador, nunca esta de más. De antemano extiendo un agradecimiento a todos los miembros del establecimiento, es un lugar muy hermoso y natural, esperamos volver. Gracias

En general muy buena opción, únicamente tengo dos comentarios; La cabaña contaba con un traga luz que era parte de la fachada que en cuanto salió el sol empezó a molestar y no había manera de evitarlo, el otro comentario es que el colchón de la cama podría ser mejor, pues estaba demasiado aguado o blando. Fuera de eso fue una buena experiencia...

Costoso para el lugar que es

habia muchisimo ruido arriba, son lugares duplex... y todo se escucha, toda la noche fué MUY INCÓMODO....... no tienen la mejor respuesta los anfitriones, nos dejaron esperando por Ocote, y 50 min después se le olvidó y salió de trabajar. es un cuarto literal, pensé que era mas grande y está caro para ser un cuarto.
