Golf Hotels in Mayagüez

"Biggest issue we had was housekeeping staff stole one of our EarPods they swapped it out for one that was working, which was ours and left their broken one inside the case. We did not discover this till we were back in the US. We tried to rectify this problem with the establishment. There was no one that would help us the head of housekeeping was not responding to me to handle this situation .We only had our room clean three times. We are sure that the housekeeper took it on the day Sunday. We were leaving off the property Monday.. There was no resolution from the hotel establishment management or head of housekeeping.. also the website is deceiving. They have one restaurant that is open only for breakfast. Everything else comes from the bar which closes on Friday nights Saturdays at 10 PM. So if you want anything to eat, you have to go off the property absolutely no nightlife., they have no coffee in their main reception area. They give you two small little pucks each day with two small bottles of water for coffee. We would never visit Puerto Rico again and we would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel."

"The staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean with a nice view. The hotel has an easy access to El Poblado. The only small issue we noticed was that the pool/jacuzi area did not appear as clean as the rest of the property, With a bit more attention to the pool maintenance, the experience would be absolutely perfect."
