The bathroom air extraction unit was making lots of noise all night and I couldn't sleep. The staff was amazing and helped me with everything in their power.

Room was small, very narrow hall to enter the unit. This made it tricky just to roll in luggage. Room was freezing. Guest have no control over AC settings. Front desk advised AC was controlled offsite and they had no way to access it to help me. I finally unplugged the unit for the night and plugged it back in when checking out the next morning. Thankfully it was only a one night stay to continue the road trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. They brought in an extra blanket. Location is very convenient to Mayaguez town Square. Enjoyed a night out viewing Three Kings decorations. Casa Abu is a nice little restaurant for dinner and breakfast that is accessible from the hotel parking lot.

This is a lovely hotel. It has an open roof that opens over the pool and my room was closer to the outdoor portion so I think that is why there were a couple of small bugs in our room. I used a bug replellant that plugs into the wall and it worked. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff was pleasant. Always attentive and alert. Parking was easier, once you arrived and its located in the heart of Mayaguez Pueblo. I would rent again.
