Hands down one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed. Walking in the door you are blown away at how well kept this place is. Stayed there a week and was just in awe. Perfectly located and very quiet. They provide snacks and coffee too

The room was spotless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable—just like home, only better. We loved how peaceful the atmosphere was, giving us the chance to truly relax and reconnect. We needed a place to stay as we were traveling through the area and found the knolls on hotels.com. It had great reviews so we decided to give it a shot. We did not realize this when booking on hotels.com, but while this looks like a hotel or motel, it is also similar to an airbnb in the sense that there is no front desk, you communicate with the owner via text, and will need to read and agree to owners rules upon arrival. You will also need to pull the sheets off the bed and take out the trash in accordance with the checkout procedure rules. We had absolutely no problem with the rules, there weren't many and they were easy to follow, just throwing it out there in case there are guests who prefer a hotel style over the airbnb style. We were very pleased with the room, it was extremely clean and comfortable and came with complimentary snacks and waters. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. There was a restaurant a minute down the road that provided delicious food and drinks (ladder house bar and grill). The property was quiet and the clean and comfortable room provided us with a great stay before we continued our travels in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.
