I like the fact that despite being usually very busy, the members of staff always have an open ear and attend promptly and usually with a smile to any issues or queries. The location of the hotel is super, at a hop step and jump from St Charles station. The view from the rooms towards the garden side is stunning and last but not least, there is a good breakfast included in the price.

Good location near train station and a reasonable walk to anywhere, staff were nice ,and helpful. Only mild complaint was that our room had poor internet service and yet the internet worked very well in our friends rooms. We would stay again.

This is decent hotel. Convenient location near Marseilles St Charles station and walkable distance to the Old Port and downtown areas. Room was clean with basic amenities (electric pot, mini fridge). Laundry was very useful. Air conditioning actually available unlike most other hotels that advertise AC but dont turn it on until summer even when the rooms are very hot. Definitely worth booking here. Breakfast was good too.

We stay one night and like everything. Very clean,nice bed,air conditioner is very quiet and bathroom with smart toilet. Room has a small fridge and a kettle. Beakfast with a good choice was included. The hotel is just 8 -10 minutes waking distance from train station.
