You’re going to love staying with us because…
It’s a stunning one-bedroom apartment right in the heart of Le Panier, carefully decorated in black and white tones—graphic and contemporary with a touch of authenticity (exposed beams, traditional Provençal ceramic tiles, and spaces pleasantly punctuated by studio-style glass roofs).

The apartment
As lovers of interior design, the art of living, and hospitality, we spent a lot of time envisioning this space!

Sleeping arrangements
1 bedroom with a 160-cm bed
1 140-cm sofa bed in the living room
This space can accommodate up to 4 people.

We provide:
- soft white percale sheets
- bath towels

The 140 cm sleeper sofa is equipped with a cozy mattress topper that we’ve added to the mattress to maximize your comfort.

- there is no air conditioning, but a large fan is provided.

Location
It’s located on a pedestrian street in the beautiful and picturesque Panier neighborhood, the one that inspired the hit TV series “Plus belle la vie.”
Fun fact: we’ve already been contacted about filming in this apartment :-)
You’ll be ideally located and close to all the things to do in Marseille:
- 5-minute walk from the La Major Cathedral
- 10-minute walk from the Old Port
- 10-minute walk from the MUCEM
- 35-minute walk from Notre-Dame de la Garde (but it’s a steep climb!!)
- just a few minutes’ walk from several restaurants and bars
- close to several supermarkets
And a 20-minute walk from Saint Charles Station and 10 minutes from the Joliette (L2) and Vieux Port (L1) metro stations, as well as the tram and several bus lines!

Since the neighborhood is completely pedestrian-only, there is no parking available in front of the apartment, but there are several secure, paid parking lots nearby:
