Cool outdoor area with the pool and deck and a nice view, but other than that, there was no professionalism from the host. Upon arrival at the designated time for check in, she was unavailable and not responsive, and was also absent upon our check out. Very careless with our security and handling of our personal items. We felt that we didn’t have our own space but instead we were guests in someone elses home. The front doors were unreliable (unlocked at night), and the host demonstrated clear incompetence. We reported an ant infestation in the room (which were also in the bed) and after requesting action from the host to resolve this issue, she did next to nothing and did not solve the problem. Furthermore, she revealed information from the other guests staying there which seemed like a violation of privacy, and a distrust as she may reveal our information. We also didn’t like how there was room service in our room while we were out as she did not inform us prior. Also disappointed that the property was clearly not a hotel (as listed on the ebookers website). Overall complete incompetence from our host and we’d seriously deture anyone from wasting their money at this joke of accommodation.

Un havre de paix et un accueil chaleureux et plein de gentillesse. L’endroit est un petit paradis, le quartier est accessible mais c’est sur un vallon sur les hauteurs de Marseille. Jacuzzi, massage au top!

Tres bien, propre, personnel sympa, le jacuzzi est bien, bien indiqué pour trouver la villa mais indique « buffet petit déjeuner » alors qu’il n’y a pas grand chose. C’est aussi indiqué « piscine » mais arrivé là bas on nous dit qu’on ne peut pas y aller. Dommage sinon c’est bien.
