We had a wonderful stay and couldn't fault the customer service. It was some of the best we've ever experienced, the staff genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The resort itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, which we really appreciated. Our son thoroughly enjoyed his stay, and the staff took such good care of him throughout our holiday, making it even more special for our family. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay—truly incredible hospitality and such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved having breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Ashraf and Pilar (the owner) were so kind and went out of their way to help us when we were in a bind, even communicating with us via WhatsApp. We had to leave for the airport at 4:30 AM, and they had everything arranged seamlessly, including help with our luggage and checkout. I would absolutely stay here again.
