The stay got off to a poor start. Despite a 3:00 p.m. check-in time, reception refused to begin even at 2:55. At exactly 3:00, a large tour bus arrived, and with only one staff member checking guests in, the process dragged on until after 4:00.
The food was extremely bland — even basic seasoning like salt seemed absent. Rooms were very dated, with multiple issues including faulty air conditioning, ventilation and doors that wouldn’t close properly. A technician had to force the door frame just to get it shut. Several guests experienced similar problems, some late into the night.
Sound insulation was virtually nonexistent; corridor noise and footsteps were clearly audible, making it hard to rest.
