We stayed here for the first time. Our usual VRBO was unavailable for our time frame. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely nice. I would have loved to have had the time to explore the neighborhood. Next time we come to the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay! Everything we needed

I stayed here 5 days with my family for a baseball tournament. (Two teen boys) It had everything we needed. It was clean. The beds were comfortable and we loved the quaint atmosphere of the area. Quick walk to get coffee or ice cream.

Lovely location and place

We had an excellent 4 night stay at Teresa’s property. Everything was clean, well stocked and thoughtful. No complaints at all! If baseball brings us to Marion again, we will definitely try to stay here.

Great accommodations and location!

We stayed at the Uptown Oasis over the weekend for a family wedding, and it was a great experience! It was located close to shopping and restaurants, the apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed! And Teresa was very responsive and friendly in all of her communications. The only thing we wished we had was more mirrors. The apartment only has one bathroom, and we had 4 people in our group that needed to get ready for a wedding. So it would have been helpful to have an extra mirror or two in the bedrooms, so people could get ready in different areas of the apartment.

Great location and accommodations

We were very pleased with our decision to book this property. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. Great location with coffee shops, restaurants/bars and boutiques within walking distance. Lots of parking available in a well lighted and safe area. Property was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated having plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, coffee options and snacks. With family living in the area we hope to be back again.

Perfect for a small group

This property is well maintained, with plenty of sleeping spaces, and a spacious common area. This host left out some snack for our group, and was very responsive to questions. This place is very close to a bunch of restaurants and bars. The only downside is there is only one bathroom, and it’s on the second floor if you are not able to walk up stairs. Overall very pleased with our place and the space, thank you!!
