"After a recent road trip, we learned the hard way to stay away from this brand; however we needed the closest location to home & this was our only option. We were immediately surprised by the size of the size of the room. It was incredibly clean, especially considering they are dog friendly. (We travel w/ a service animal so we know hair/smells are inevitable). It was fairly plain in decor, but also less to clean. Our room had a small sofa, I’m sure comfortable for most, however as an older adult not fantastic. The breakfast was the same daily, but still decent. Coffee & Tea was available 24/7. Hot Tub was a great way to end the day! The pool is pretty small, I can’t imagine having more than 2/3 kids in it at a time, but I’m sure kids wouldn’t care. Mostly, I want to commend the staff. Everyone from front reception to housekeeping was fantastic. I mean top notch accommodating! I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this facility to anyone! I only wish ALL of the hotels with the same name had the same level of pride & customer service as our Maricopa location!"
