Excellent place to stay! They thought of everything! Clean with lots of extras.. shampoo, dishwasher soap, tide etc… I would stay there again 100%… book it! You won’t be sorry!!

Lovely quiet retreat

Very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exactly as promised and was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly enjoyed the screened porch and the visit each morning from the resident cat. The location is rather remote so one must come prepared with food etc but it is lovely and quiet and a great place to get away from it all. Pam and Steve

My husband and enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very convenient to the Cabot trail and had beautiful views of the mountains of Margaree Valley. The cabin was secluded and quiet. It had all of the amenities that we needed including a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. The hosts were very responsive and we had no problems booking or checking in. The cozy cabin was relaxing after our full days of exploring the area. It was certainly convenient to the west side of the island. We highly recommend this vacation cabin. Thanks Chris and Kerry!

Amenities were very lovely - cabin had everything we needed (even condiments and spices to use). Cabin was very clean and well kept. Outside space offered great views. Theme and decor of cabin was very Christian centred, which is just something of note. Owners live on site. Location is slightly far from cheticamp - but definitely driveable.

Oasis in the woods

This cabin is a gem in the midst of wilderness. The hosts are great with communication, and we were greeted by the welcome cat, Shadow. The decor is excellent, clean, and everything is up to date. A great stay and we would be pleased to come back.

Beautiful cabin with a view

Our family had an amazing stay. They boys enjoyed so many fishing spot in the area and the surroundings were incredibly relaxing. The Cabin itself was exactly as pictured and felt very clean. I can’t wait to travel back to Cape Breton and we’ll defiantly be staying here again.

The cabin was great in every way. It was clean and spacious and had every amenity you could want. We especially enjoyed the front porch grill and appreciated the laundry facilities. We choose this location for fly fishing opportunities and it worked out great. Dining out options are very limited in the area so we bought food at the local grocery store and cooked most of our meals at the cabin. The kitchen was fully equipped. Chris, the owner of the cabin is a gracious host. Compared to other cabins in Cape Breton where we stayed, the price for this cabin was very reasonable.

Spectacular views

The cabin situated in the Margaree Valley was lovely. Surrounded by hills with beautiful fall colour and a river running through the property so nice and quiet The cabin was well equipped and very comfortable. Chris our host was very nice. I would highly recommend this lovely spot.

An amazing relaxing location!

Adonai Outpost offers a very confortable environment for a relaxing vacation. The cabin had all the amenities one would desire. The host is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the surrounding and the activities offered in this area.

A wonderful Getaway

We loved everything about this rental; very clean, very organized, nicely decorated, great amenities, great location (1-hour drive to Cape Breton Highlands National Park for hiking and 1-hour drive to Baddeck, several waterfalls in that vicinity as well). We enjoyed the 5-minute walk to the river on site. Very quiet. Hosts were excellent.

Awesome cabin

My husband, son and I spent 3 nights at this property. They went snowmobiling while I relaxed. Chris was so friendly. The cabin is beautiful and has everything you would ever want or need. It is bright, spacious and cozy. We plan to come back next winter and highly recommend this spot for a quiet getaway with lots of opportunity for outdoor fun.

What an amazing piece of paradise, this cottage has everything you need not to mention the beautiful rural setting and views of the mountains. There isn’t a room that wasn’t perfect, every little detail was thought out with this build and decor. Chris was a great host checking in and providing helpful tips for our adventure through the highland trails. You won’t be disappointed with this stay.

The most perfect place by the Margaree R.

This is a wonderful set of new cabins in Margaree Valley. They are very well furnished with comfortable beds. Chris is an excellent and friendly host. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet retreat and who loves hiking and fly fishing. The Margaree R. Is a short 10-minute walk from the property.

Very comfortable and great deal!

Excellent experience! I stayed for 5 nights and played golf at Cabot 5 days. It is a nice quiet retreat about 30 minutes from the courses. I wish I had booked more days to allow more time to explore the area.
