Pros: Great location in the heart of the old city. Close to cafes, restaurants, attractions. Staff were courteous and helpful. Cons: The room looked nicer and bigger on the pictures. We booked a deluxe room but we received a small room on the main floor The towels has stains on them Load music from Han restaurant below the hotel until 2300. It seemed to be under the same ownership. Misleading info about the internet speed as it was not 500 mgbs as indicated on the description. It was about 10 mgbs as per the speed tests done over the 2 nights we stayed there so make alternative plans if you planning to work remotely. Unhelpful rbc rewards by Expedia/ very low quality support.

unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.

There was black mould growing on the walls underneath peeling wallpaper. The roof leaked. Tv did not work,fridge stopped working, no coat hangers,no mattress protector no top sheet on bed,water took 15mins to come out of the tap i timed it then 10 mins to get hot.

In first time when I was getting there to check in. I was waiting for 30 minutes in front of the door. Because no body there to check in. The final the man who came and the face sleep. Also, I paid the parking, but the actual I had a free valet, but he didn't earn to me only said need to pay.

We spent four nights there. When we arrived we found out that they gave our room to another customer. The room that they provide us later was very noisy, and we literally couldn’t sleep at all! The toilet flashing and the bathroom door had issues. Also, when we asked about washing our clothing they said a price which was much higher than the amount that I pay even at the US.

Ok for the money

This place needs maintenance. Mold in the bathrooms, luke warm water. Music until well after 11pm. People were great. Street parking only, so there may be parking or there, most likely, will not be. A bit west of the hotel is an non associated parking garage. I didnt use it, so i do not know cost or convenience.

We were very well received during our five-day stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the heart of the city. Mardin Center is one minutes away. It is very easy and safe to go to the touristic and historical points of the city on foot. We would have preferred not to have carpets in the rooms, but the cleanliness, food, temperature were ideal. General Manager was also very kind and caring.
