House was very clean and met all our needs. Backyard, pool, and tiki hut were well used. Being right on the water allowed us to fish and see manatee’s daily. Used the kayaks to explore surrounding waters. Location was convenient to all our needs. Communication with the rental agency was prompt and informative. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family House!

Our host Bert was great! The house was as pictured and we really enjoyed the back yard with the pool and putting green. An extra bonus were the kayaks. All in all a wonderful place to stay!

Location in Paradise

Our stay was delightful, with stunning sunset views over the canal. The house comfortably accommodated our family, and the spacious dock was perfect for our boat. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

We were able to see manatees and tarpon every morning. Being able to kayak from the house was also a great experience! The outdoor experience at this house was amazing!

This property is located in the heart of Marathon.Easy access to stores. Front faces back of Dollar tree store.Home is lovely and spacious.The amenities are wonderful. Rear property channel view is beautiful. There were 4 manatee that swam the waterway such fun to watch!Private pool was great once we got the heat on. November cold snap had water at 77. Home is in close proximity to beach and many great restaurants . We really enjoyed staying here!

Location!

This property was absolutely perfect. Our group comes to marathon every year and this has been our favorite. Well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. Super clean! And again the location is perfect for is who prefer the gulf. Bert was available for every text sent. Also quick to provide things to do and places to go. We will be back next yearfor sure for sure.

Christmas in Key Marathon

Our stay was excellent the property manager was so responsive. I only wish I realized earlier that we could pay to get the pool heated as the water was really cold. The listing says house accommodates 8 people which is really not the case. The house was well equipped and the kayaks were very fun. We saw so many manatees it was amazing. The furniture was very comfortable and location was great - outdoor space amazing if only the weather cooperated! We enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful House

Perfect and just as advertised. House had everything needed. The pool was a nice addition to come home to after a hot day on the water. The neighbors to the right were wonderful as well and invited us over. The house is on a fairly busy street with the back of commercial businesses in front of the house. A couple days, there were large trucks making deliveries, but this did not bother or interrupt our stay. If back in Marathon again, will consider this property again. Thanks for the stay.

Stop Looking—You’ve Found It!!

Wise advice from the posting which we took! This property is clean, well laid out, beautifully decorated, and has a gorgeous ocean view. We were in the pool everyday, and easily docked a rental boat on the sea wall. We were treated to Manatee and tarpon in the canal daily. Out in the bay just beyond the canal we saw rays and sea turtles. The beds and other furnishings were comfortable and we enjoyed a lot of time out in the screened porch. The only drawback was noise from deliveries at businesses across the street and the nearby airport during the day, but all was quiet at night. Given the chance, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!
