The room was not ready upon arrival at 5 pm. Host did get someone in to clean the room. We finally were able to get in around 7:30 pm. This made for a very long day. Host promised to discount our stay for the unclean room and inconvenience but she never followed through with that discount!

The Condo was beautiful and had everything you needed. It was a perfect location to get to the beach and Publix was right down the street. Kate was very informative from start to finish.

Nice place inside, outside leaves much to be desired

Kate was very helpful and communicative. Place is on a canal with a parking lot in the back. She did tell me about the parking lot. Beyond the parking lot is a construction site. It is far enough away, so there wasn't an issue with the sound. Place was nice enough, if basic. Overall a nice stay, but not the peak of delightful.

Cozy cute condo in a chill laid back location

we were really impressed with this fresh cozy condo with balcony. The unit had all you need for your stay and was very clean! The pool and bar area were nice to relax and mingle with the other guests and staff. We will definitely be coming back! It's a great location with several amenities on the property.

Incredibly cute

The condo was so nicely furnished. I absolutely LOVE beach decor and this did not disappoint! It was also very functional and had everything we could have possibly needed. It was centrally located and close to groceries, restaurants, and activities. The pool, bar, and restaurant on site were great. My only real issue was with the fold out couch. It was awkward and didn't fold out properly but with a little ingenuity we made it work. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and so helpful with the book in the unit and all of the suggestions of nearby places we might need or want.

Wundervolle Wohnung in toller Lage auf Marathon

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten sind super bequem, und auch die sonstige Ausstattung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Lage an einer kleinen Marina ist toll. Wir konnten sogar zweimal Manatees vom Balkon aus beobachten. Auch die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin Kate war super, und der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir sind nur traurig, dass unser Urlaub zu Ende ist und wir abreisen müssen. Am liebsten wären wir viel länger geblieben! Danke an Epic Getaways! Es war ein Traum! :)

Great Place

This a great place to stay. The condo was updated and had great amenities. The pool and bar/restuarant area was terrific. The location a close drive to the beach and grocery store was very handy. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was that the property itself was kind of rundown. Definitely would recommend this place!

A cozy marina

Loved how clean it was and even though it was just a one bedroom condo it was perfect for us nicely decorated living room the kitchen was well stacked even though we didn't notice till the day we left they even had beach umbrella and chairs the marina view was beautiful also had music every night by the pool

Sweet!

Third floor condo but no worries. They have carts and elevator to help get your belongings up. The condo was very comfortable and you have all you could need. Love how it’s decorated. You definitely feel like you’re in the keys. Food and service was great at the restaurant on property. Enjoyed the pool and cocktails. Definitely recommend this property. Kate was very easy to work with.

Great Keys Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and it had all the essentials we needed so we didn’t have to immediately go to the store. Kate was so kind and very responsive during our stay. We hope to stay again in the future!

Super clean in the perfect location

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable (loved having a King size bed although the mattress topper is a little soft). It was amazing having a washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as a spotless kitchen. The location in Marathon is perfect - walking distance to groceries and some restaurants and easy to get from there to either Key West or Islamorada. Kate was helpful and patient with my questions and was easy to get hold of. Can’t wait to be back here!

Relaxing Getaway
