The unit was very clean. The deck on the water was great for watching boats passby abd wild life.we saw Manatee and small dolphins..Air conditioning was perfect. The only thing that was inconvenient was the coffee pot did not have reachable plugin for electricity. Had to move to small counter by stovetop.

The houseboat was absolutely incredible.. if you like unique experiences, this is so much better than a boring chain hotel. Despite the windy conditions, the boat only gently rocked. It was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. The grounds are well kept and the pool was fantastic.
