Great, but...

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice! Beds and linens were great, super soft and cozy. My only complaint was the hot tub and pool. They both needed a good cleaning. The hot tub was especially bad, covered in what i can only assume was a black mold or algae. Really needed a good scrub. Did not go in. Would stay again, but avoid the hot tub until it is cleaned.

Clean, large rooms, the staff we did interact with were friendly. Nice hotel would stay there again if in that area. Conveniently right off the highway but rooms stay pretty quiet.

We have stayed here twice while visiting Snow Trails. It is conveniently located and reasonably priced. The pool and small arcade area were a hit with the children.

Life Saver Hotel!

This hotel was a life saver! We had reservations at a different one but the previous one's pool was out. My 3yo loves to swim. We found this hotel and was able to book it last minute. They were very accommodating and I believe it worked out better than it would have with the previous hotel. Everyone was so nice, room was comfortable, breakfast was very yummy.

Convenient to Snow Trails for skiing and tubing and right off I71. Nice pool area and patio with grill. It was quiet the night we were there, not very busy on a weekday in winter. Unsure about other seasons. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were typical, no negatives noted.

Great trip

The hotel was not fancy but everything was great. We had a great check in and suggestions by Rachel. The pool and spa were great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Cute, cozy lobby with couches and fire place. The best part were the people. Everyone was friendly, and helpful. They thoroughly cleaned rooms, which you saw when we checked in.

Loved that the jacuzzi and pool were handicap accessible. They even had a hoyer lift for jacuzzi. Wonderful stay and reasonably priced . Breakfast was great
