A hidden gem on the beautiful Central Coast and on the shores of Lake Macquarie! This house is a modern and spacious entertainer on a water front reserve. It is only a 90 minutes drive north of Sydney.
Feel relaxed the moment you step through the front door to this nicely styled & furnished home. High raked ceiling with exposed timbers compliments this house with polished timber floorboards & slate tiles. The heart of your stay will surely be spent out on the water whether that is fishing, swimming, boating or having a picnic by the water or to simply sit on the back deck with a glass of wine to relax and take in the view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay, including cook top, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A welcome supply of tea, coffee, sugar will be provided.
Upon entry you will find a open plan living area and kitchen, lounge room & dining area. Upstairs you will have 2 bedrooms both with ensuites. One of the main bedrooms upstairs with ensuite also has a walk in wardrobe and even a balcony to sit and relax on. Downstairs comprises the remaining 1 bedroom, main bathroom, laundry and second living space which flows seamlessly onto the covered verandah soaking up the views of the backyard.
Other features include: flat screen TVs that you are able to connect your netflix account to, full laundry facilities with washing machine, ceiling fans, air conditioning ,comfy lounges, gas fire place heater, kayaks & off street parking.
Mannering Lake house is truly is a home away from home, a place where you can spend a couple of nights or even a week or two. Comfortably sleeping 8 people, it’s suitable for 2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat; Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bed (upstairs) Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed (upstairs) Bedroom 3 – 1x Queen Bed (downstairs) Downstairs Living Area - Sofa Bed
There is 3x single roll away beds available upon request that are ideal for children. This home can comfortably sleep 8 people however in total the maximum amount of guests is 11 people.
Bathrooms have a welcome supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience however beach/lake towels are BYO
Important message for guests organising events. We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

Mannering Park New Year
Property was fantastic for 6 mature adults who enjoy water sports, views and local activity without being manic. Surrounding suburbs were easy to access for purchasing food and other services. Would highly recommend this property.

Lakeside Paradise
A beautiful warm charming home by the lakeside. We had my 9month old grandson with us who was delighted by the friendly ducks who came up to say hello in the backyard early in the morning. We went for early morning walks along the walkway behind the homes and watched the sunrise as boats headed out on the waterways. Everything we needed was available in the home with ample heating on those cool nights. Shopping for groceries was only a 10 minute drive away. We will most definitely be back again. Highly Recommended

Large property suitable for family/group weekends away. We stayed over the long Easter weekend and were very happy with the facilities.
The property had backyard access to a lake, which we were able to kayak in with the kayaks availiable.
Only suggestion is to stock property with basic necessities like S&P.
Overall, would definitely come back for another stay.

A Real Holiday Home
The place was beautiful and located in a great position.
The extra beds were also very comfortable and the cleanliness of the place was brilliant!
It was also wonderful having the kayaks. We made good use of them 😊
The property was also well equipped and had everything essential needed for our stay.
