We booked this property for a weekend getaway with some close friends, The property was nicley presented and the location right on the lake was perfect, when we arrived and settled in we found that the rooms were porley set up as out of the 3 bedrooms the largest room had 2 single beds in it and the other 2 rooms had double beds one of which was so small that you could hardly walk down the side of the bed. The bedding was very thin with no additional blankets provided.One of our main requirements for booking the prooerty was that it had a spa when we went to use the spa the temp was not set only 22deg and the spa was in sleep mode, the water quality was disgusting very cloudy, called the agent straight away with no responce. We then proceeded to spend the next 5 hours of our time boiling water to heat the spa and change the water just so we could use the spa with what was left of of our evening. We then get a text from the agent later that night to say that can we please lock the owners door as it was left open, no call to reply to my message left earlier. The following week it took 3 follow ups to get the 1,000 bond back. This has to be by far the worst experience I have ever had when booking at property, one that I will never repeat.
