Staff are lovely and very helpful. Corridor and room smelt damp. Furniture a bit dated. In room service food arrived cold. Food service trolley covered in something that looks like my grandmother would use. Also similarly the napkins in Circles the restaurant were of a shiny purple fabric which looked oldfashioned and very unsuitable. The music offereings in the lounge were far too loud.
