Convenient location

The room was was described. Beds were comfortable and location to the airport was perfect. We did not have hot water, reported it to the manager but didn't hear back. Overall our stay was fine.

Smaller than expected, clean, will not return depo

The place was clean but very small. They asked for a deposit that we were nk5 informed abkut before. Later they refused tk returens the delost. Essentially making the stay 1k more expensive.

Very friendly staff the stay was really good and elevators to get to the floors easy had a really great experience would definitely stay there again they even check in on us too definitely need a smoking section for the smokers though even down the stairs away the building one gurus told me go across the street and it was raining

The staff was kind and helpful. Joan showed us our room and gave us a quick overview or our room and the property. When we requested towels and linen, the staff promptly delivered. Joan also came to our room for us to pay for our add on day from our initial reservation. Krunal was helpful in adding our additional day when I contacted him via email after I booked the original booking on Expedia.com. Thank you for a great place to stay for my wife and I to get married here in Manila.

J.k Coastal has a great service. Definitely will go back again. The host is so nice, has lot of complimentary. Unit is clean and very comfortable to stay.
