Great stay, great staff.
Check in was great, 2 team members were chatty and made us feel welcome. There was a lovely young petit girl on the bar who served us (she had a trip to Leeds planned) she was so welcoming and a great asset to you. Room was great, just wished the large window would have opened slightly. Apart from that, couldn’t fault our stay at all.

We felt as though we were an inconvenience to reception staff or checking in and out. Room was clean and well presented. The bed and pillows were very hard and we didn’t get a good nights rest. I had a terrible head/neck/back ache the next day. There was a lot of nouse from building works opposite our window.
