I had a great stay,, the hotel is the perfect location with access to the river, amazing outdoor site, great restaurant, super clean and comfortable bed , so quiet and relaxing with a great tv channels , also an Arabic channels and that’s made me didn’t want to go out, the front desk were so friendly and welcoming , they have a parking garage and also a free street parking, I recommend this hotel

Management has cut back on personnel. If you arrive late you may have to wait for the only person in charge of all aspects of the operation. The reception desk is not his priority. To be clear, this person was cordial and not to blame. Management is. Management should also book more parking spaces in the adjacent garage.

Property is new and trendy with food. The parking garage was full so we had to find our own parking. Staff gave us recommendations on where to park. We are a family of 4 and slept in tje bunkbed room. It was small but comfortable for 1 night before we flew out the next day.

The staffs were amazingly kind and nice. I couldn’t feel any inconvenience. Even I need to leave the hotel early in the morning, the breakfast was prepared quite early and enjoyed it. At the same time, I asked to call a taxi to the Mainz central station, and a staff asked/confirmed it right away.
