The property was good and as described. However gaining entry was pathetic. Photo of outside of the property was completely misleading and not helpful. Communication with Experia was a complete disaster and impossible. Person I spoke to either didn't understand written English or was deliberately obstructive and not of any help. When pointing out that I was having trouble finding the entry point all they said was they can cancel but I would not get any refund. Kept insisting that I didn't want to cancel but wanted help in finding the entry to the property just kept saying I couldn't cancel. Eventually bumped into someone else looking for the same property who was on the phone and together we eventually found it and was able to get in. But the misleading instructions and poor customer assistance spoilt the experience.
