The room was well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast provision was very poor. It had been moved to a different location for the duration of our stay, no explanation provided. Unwrapped food was too accessible to young childrenand it was necessary to constantly request pretty much every item to be replenished.

Staff! Ian should not be working as Director of this club as he is very unprofessional and likes to give out false information which does not go down well when you have paid for facilities and they refuse for you to use them! Not like they seem to care in any way.

The hotel is fine but they don’t seem to understand customer service. I asked a simple question at reception about how to access the gym and was given a very lengthy explanation about how I should read the information sheet in my room to find out how. It didn’t tell me anything about that and just answering me would have taken 20% of the time. I’ve never been to a spa hotel that charged for towels in the spa area before which is very disappointing and the spa area was not very calm as it was next to the pool which had a “splash time” for kids on
