I am traveling with a friend and reserved a 2 bed room, which was confirmed in writing. 3 days before arrival, I received an email showing one bedroom, one bed. When I showed tvem the confirmation, they said that 2 people only got one bed and that we needed to pay more for 2 beds. Knowing I would not find another place in Vieux Lyon, I paid. Took it up with Hotels.com, and they did nothing. I think one should receive what they booked and will not stay here or use Hotels.com again.
