The location is very convenient, especially for catching the train. Some of the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful, which we appreciated.
That said, there were a few challenges during our stay. The room and hallway had an unpleasant odor, as if there might have been a drainage issue. Our shower door didn’t close properly, so we had to use towels to catch the water. At check-in, we were reminded not to adjust the HVAC ourselves, which felt a little unusual. We also experienced a delay at the front desk while the receptionist was handling another call.
Breakfast could have been better—though they asked what time to expect us, the selection was already quite limited when we arrived, and it felt a bit picked over.
Overall, while there were some positives, we probably wouldn’t choose this property again and would look for another option in the area.
