IHG Stay London Luton Airport

The hotel was really good and considering it was right on top of an airport the noise level was as really quiet whilst sleeping. The parking was tricky. There seemed to be a lot of cars that needed to be removed from the car park, which then would offer more space for people to park. I had to park in a disabled bay and was told by the hotel it was ok to do so. I panicked that I would get a PCN for doing this which made me feel anxious whilst I was staying there. The food was good and what you would expect for a quick convenient menu.

Dodgy hotel

The staff were great but the hotel is pretty terrible. There was no A/C during my stay and it was very hot. There was no mini fridge or grab and go options for food (other than some sweets and crisps). The restaurant closes around 9pm and since I arrived late there was no option for food other than walking back to Luton airport. Would not stay here again!

Handy for the airport. Good chech-in when I arrived at 3am. Signage to and from the airport could be improved as it's easiest to walk but the route is unclear. Rooms clean and modern. Aircon was not working at the time but I was messaged about that in advance. Overall good spot for a one nighter going to or from the airport. I've used it before and will do in the future.

Convenient Overnight Stay

Quite comfortable and spacious room. Checkin can be quite busy because of proximity to the airport. Nice little bar with all night menu.

All you need in an airport hotel

Friendly, informative staff at reception, clean, well-equipped room and proximity to the airport for an early morning flight meant that my 1-night stay was a good experience. The bathroom was a little small and the breakfast was basic but well executed and I was delighted that continental breakfast is available from 4am and a cooked breakfast from 6am. Very much appreciated
