This perfect cabin set beautifully next to the river was a wonderful environment for a family getaway. The host was very easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We loved the cabin layout and features, covered porch, grounds, and hot tub. We enjoyed Skyline Drive, several hikes, Luray Caverns, and the restaurants in Luray…all within a short drive. Just hanging out was a pleasure in this clean and comfortable cabin!

We had a relaxing time at the cabin. The grounds were kept nicely and everything we needed was inside. The beds and furniture were comfy. The cabin was very clean. Thank you for keeping the cabin just like the photos on VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay at Simple Pleasures. From check in to check out everything was perfect. The house was as expected, very clean, hot tub was also perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better location and property to stay at in the area. We will probably be returning in the future. Very relaxing by the river, if you are a bird and animal Enthusiast you will be delighted by the abundance of sounds and views. 5 star!!

I can’t recall when I have been so relaxed! My friend and I were spending our time creating and crafting projects during our days there. Our bodies were in need of the hot tub and could see the stars while in it (city gals). Listening to the river, the wonderful breeze sitting on the porch was wonderful. And I could go on and on abt the house itself. I haven’t slept that well in ages and my back didn’t hurt after sleeping on the mattress! Many games of and Pac-Man too lol.Wonderful host. Loaned me a phone charger when I forgot mine. Thx again for the hospitality!

This place is a rare find! Some much space, highly attentive hosts, and so many fun things to do. Kids loved the arcade, hot tub, and fishing by the river. Hiking and Luray caverns were a hit! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

We loved staying here! The cabin was clean, cozy, fully stocked, spacious, and the host was prompt in communication. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room, and fishing on the river. It was a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful getaway. We hope to come again!

We had an amazing time at this cabin. The location and scenery were both unbelievable. The host was so accommodating and made sure everything was stocked. They even provided our family of 4 with brand new life jackets for kayaking. If I had any questions, they replied quickly. They even checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great place and great people. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house on the river. It was so quiet , relaxing and everything was so clean. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the hot tub since we forgot our suits. We checked out Fort Valley Ranch for Horse back riding and the Haunted House as we were there for Halloween.

The cabin was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. Excellent communication with the host. Great location, felt secluded, but quick access to town for shopping and dining. The hot tub was very clean and the game room was a great bonus. Will definitely stay again.
