From the moment you walk in, you will be impressed and delighted with this amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.
The house is conveniently located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood near I-59, Walmart, Angelina College, several restaurants and stores.
The immaculate home includes 3 nicely appointed bedrooms with fresh linens, fans, nightstands, blackout shades, lamps, and comfortable beds.
The primary bedroom is gorgeous. Guests love the California King Tempur-Pedic mattress. The beautiful ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, plenty of counter space, an even cozy bathrobes.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The guest bathroom is bright and clean.
The spotless kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, Kitchenaid mixer, air fryer, griddle, toaster, spices, new appliances, and a coffee station with Keurig and Nespresso machines.
We have a baby feeding seat and porta-crib as well.
If you need a place to work, there is a large desk in the twin bedroom, and fast 1GB fiber internet throughout the house.
Feel free to park in the garage and make yourself at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at your property. Everything was exactly as described, and we found the location to be very convenient. The house is spacious and impeccably clean. We appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and ample space for relaxation.Lisa was a fantastic host—very accommodating, and communication was excellent throughout our stay.We were more than pleased with our experience and truly had an awesome stay. As we have family in the Lufkin area, we will definitely be staying at this house again in the future.
