When we arrived at this property I was told by the person behind the counter that there was only 1 room left. I went to the room, opened the door and the room was occupied. Not by a few belongings, but like a family was living there. My wife was very scared at this point. I went back to the front desk and the attendant told me that whoever checked out must not have taken their stuff. I then asked how this was not discovered when the room was cleaned? He did not have an answer because obviously it was not cleaned. There were homeless people all over this property. Some of them were looking for food in the garbage cans in the front of this motel. At this point there was no way we were going to stay at this location even though this was the week before school started and rooms anywhere were very hard to find. I have never seen a worse hotel/motel experience in my life so we left.

Front desk agent was unpleasant, I’m assuming because I interrupted her tv watching. Soon as I stepped into the room, it smelt of mold and mildew. The bathroom was dirt, so was the carpet in the room , the bed was made but sheets either stained or had burn marks in them. The tv only had 4 channels unless you wanted to hook up your streaming apps, the remote control was missing its back. Then the ac unit rattles like it’s taking off into space. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to my worse enemy.

Did not spend the night. Grandkids have asthma and all the rooms spelled pet friendly a lot. When we were trying to see first two rooms a guy was trying to sell us electronics from his room. Second rooms were up the old stairs and out very week balcony. Kids do not belong there. Other customers in line had no towels or bedding.

The staff members were helpful and the room was clean. I would stay here again. The sink light would turn off after about 10 minutes. The last day there were no waffles available to make but at least there were other options available.

The room smelled horrible, everything was very outdated, the one bathroom towel that was provided with stained, there was no remote control, the mattresses were very worn, soft and saggy, and the room had a ton of flies in it. 15 minutes after walking into the room, we booked at another hotel and checked out. We didn’t even get an apology. We just got our cancellation processed, potentially a refund coming to us and we were sent on our way.

Do not stay at this hotel. My room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. There were stains on my walls and the door to what should have been a closet was missing; literally off the hinges. The property is not maintained. There was a strange man outside the rooms, asking to help with our bags. My party and I felt unsafe as the individual kept lingering around our door and vehicle. I didn't even ask for a refund, just left.

Hotel seemed barely occupied and we couldn't stand the smell of the rooms. We tried three different rooms but all smelled equally terrible. We decided to request a refund and book a different hotel at a higher price range.

Nothing like the pictures you have ,rooms smelled like cigarettes bathroom falling apart no shower curtain water leaking no pool . I know you get what you pay for but that place was nasty when I asked to move rooms because of the smell the girl on the front desk got Mad very bad experience.

The property was 10/15 minutes away from the Lubbock Airport. The area was safe, there was a walmart, burger King and Dutch bros across the street. The only issues that made me give 3 stars is the inside of my door was missing a cover and the mechanism for the door was exposed, i just didn't feel safe. I didn't want to change rooms because i had already done so when the first room was not ready.

There were holes in the floor that insects were getting into the room through. The chair was covered in stains. Light fixtures were missing bulbs. The bathroom door had a large hole in it. The toilet barely flushed. The water pressure in the shower was incredibly low, and the hot water was barely warm. The nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes.
