Nice Hotel near the Sanctuary.

The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk to the Sanctuary, Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. Hotel staff is very helpful. Hotel is clean, but during our stay, we have to open the windows to allow cooler air(there"s no air con) into the room. We also can hear the noise of people talking from down the street at the middle of the night. Overall the stay is pleasant.

Staff were wonderful. The location was 5 minute walk to the Sanctuary and plenty of restaurants and stores within minutes. The price of the hotel for was very reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice 3 star hotel close to the Sanctuary

we stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights . when we checked into the room we found out the bathroom was too small and a small cabin shower. We wanted to move into another room and talked to the receptionist. The very pleasant receptionist gave us another room. It was better than the other room but the wardrobe had no doors and the toilet seat was a bit wobbly. Tv remote was not working sometimes. I am pleased that I got discount through expedia. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Breakfast cost 8 Euro and it was not bad. we had nice fish and chips for lunch.

Fantastic location (private/family pilgrim)

For the price that you pay, this hotel is good value-for-money especially if the purpose of your stay in Lourdes is for prayers and reflection in the Sanctuary. Hotel is clean and comfy. Would have been great if a water boiler is provided. If you are a light sleeper, it could be an issue as windows are not soundproof and streets can get noisy till late.

when we checked into our room it was clean, but second and third day the cleaners had only changed the bed covers they have not cleaned the room.

Come to Lourdes but never stay at this hotel!

The price of the hotel was quite good and the location was magnificent - very close to the Grotto. But there were a few downsides. The hotel was in a very run down condition. The hot water rarely worked, and if it did, it took about 10 minutes to heat up. I decided to leave a day early on the trip, but the hotel refused to refund the additional day I had booked. I stayed for 5 nights, so it wasn't as if they didn't make any money off me. But they made me pay for 6 nights. After a wonderful week in Lourdes, the experience at this hotel leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. It is obvious that this hotel is one of the worst in Lourdes. While I was in Lourdes, the town was packed with pilgrims from all over the world and almost every hotel was booked out. But this one wasn't. I wonder why! If you can find somewhere else to stay in Lourdes, stay there and don't come back to this hotel.

Would love to go back

A very good simple hotel. We had a good room on the front with a balcony. Very near the Sanctuaries. A separate loo and a great little bathroom with a shower to die for. Hotel let us just do our own thing but it was good to know there was all night concierge if you needed it. Good price via this website.

Problemas com reserva, descrição do quarto não corresponde à realidade. Reservo quarto para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, com 3 twin beds e no momento do check in quarto é para 3 pessoas e tem 3 camas single beds. para resolver o problema é cobrada uma taxa adicional, não prevista. Depois, é atribuido um quarto com cerca de 16m2 onde as camas ocupavam quase toda a área do quarto, impossível circular no quarto, apenas disponha de uma pequena janela para entrar luz e arejar o quarto. Não dispõe de ar condicionado e a internet sem fios era de fraca qualidade.
