I was traveling with my daughter, and saw they had $100/room off, so I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Pulling in, I quickly discovered this actually part of the Raddison hotel. I had previously stayed at the Raddison and it was not the best, but not horrible. If I had know they were the same hotel I would not have stayed here. (My stay at the Raddison was over a year ago, and everything felt worn out and dirty. The gps actually took me to the Raddison front desk and this time it did feel fresh and clean) Upon checking in, I always check my room for cleanliness. Room 1 had a crack pipe under the mattress and room two smelled of mold. We checked out immediately after. No WiFi. No fridges in the room. And I do not recall seeing a microwave. Dresser drawers did not work. And the room door had to be pushed closed in order to latch. No ADA accessibility. No sense of security; I would have worried about my vehicle overnight. Also the picture is what the room layout looked like, but I swear it was photoshopped. Our room looked nothing like it. Overall, do NOT stay here EVER.

Considering they rented me a room with my children and there was shattered glass and a bullet hole through the curtains I have to say the stay was awful. My kids were scared to death to sleep there. I spoke with them and they offered to refund and said they weren’t supposed to rent that room. However still no refund and they denied the request through Expedia. So beware!

Draperies are ripped throughout as i closed them. Pillows are about the size of my hand. The shower felt like it was about to rip out the wall and the shower head sprayed half the water to the ceiling. White residue on dresser and side table. People smoking right outside the door.

This place is a switch and bait. Picture is for the Radisson in the front and the Derby is an old building attached in the back. Nasty looking and old. Do not believe the picture on the internet. I felt dirty and not safe there. One guy was watching us unload the car and made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay there again.

The most disgusting place I have ever been to in my whole life, starting with the pubic hair in the bathroom everywhere and found some pubic hair in the sheets of the bed, then the shower curtain had multiple rips and so did the curtains, the dresser draw was broken and i couldn't put my clothes in it, The staff did nothing, The manger threatened to call the cops and we paid $488 for 3 nights to be treated like this which was outrageous and the pool wasn't even nice.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are very run down. Bathroom in the room needs a lot of work. Had almost no hot water. Toilet made lots of noise when flushed.
