The a/c window unit had a thin piece of wood that could easily be pushed in to gain access to room. There were drug dealings happening in room next door and the pictures must be old because it looks bad in person. Dirty, with vehicles needing repairs and immovable t as king up guess spaces. Children running around making noise and cussing. Hotel staff lives there and its constant noise and ruckus.

TV selector didn't work. Maintenance guy came after we went to bed.

They have our reserved room to someone else. The whole outside and condition of the hotel was poor kept even some of numbers fallen off the doors. The bed in our room was terribly Indented and sunken. There was warning signs of locking your doors that they're not responsible of your car is broken into or damaged.

We are only required to hold reservations until 6pm of the check in date unless a specific time is stated by the guest on their reservation. The signs for our business not being responsible for damage to your vehicle is pretty standard of most businesses. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause you and hope you will give us a chance next time you are looking for somewhere to stay.

There shouldn't have been any wait to check out because there is nothing to handle during this time, i apologize for that matter. Sorry you came when we as a hotel had a few things happen at once, things happen at times we can't control immediately, unfortunately. We are under new management, currently renovating, and working hard to make a more comfortable and better environment for our guest, who we care about. We apologize that your stay wasn't satisfactory. We are under new management and working as we speak on renovations. I'd like to know if you indeed let the front desk agent know about the room? We could of at least given you a fan. We appreciate your feedback. I hope that other amenities were satisfactory. We would love for you to come back in the near future to see all the new updates.
