Cabo Getaway

Being familiar with the Copala at Quivera, there were no negative surprises. The unit was a little short of kitchen necessities—especially silverware and other cooking essentials. Not much in the way of spices either. But the weather was great, the view was even better. Being a part of all that Sunset Beach has to offer ( church for Sunday Mass, the Market for a nice selection of dining options), filled in for what the unit itself has to offer. We are in the habit of leaving something that was needed— in this case a strainer for pasta. I woul stay here again.

Beautiful property

The property is gorgeous and there’s two local pools to enjoy as well as many other pools on the property. The Sky Pool is amazing. I wish there were more details about check-in and dealing with the concierge and the shuttle drivers will literally be your worst nightmare. If you have your own car you won’t have to deal with them. Besides that, the views are breathtaking and the food available at Market ….exquisite and affordable.

great condo, great view

the condo was super nice. Owner really selected a good unit in our opinion. The orientation of the balcony was shaded all day with a great view of pool and ocean in the distance. Really a nice condo, building and the grounds were beautiful.

Great property in quiet community, with ocean views!

Checking in was easy. From the main gate, let them know you're staying a Copala. Once at property, check-in with concierge and they will give you key. Condo was clean, full kitchen, large bedrooms and showers. Has a large patio with table and sectional to sit out. The community pool is quiet and was not busy at all. Depending on stay, may want to rent a car, as it is slightly far within the Pueblo Bontito compound. But you can just call shuttle and get taken to any of the properties, which the last shuttle is at 10:30pm. Overall, great condo with a lot of amenities. Definitely would book and stay again.

A top golf destination

Condo is nice. For a couple its perfect. Clean and well supplied. We had only two for a guys golf week and being stuck in a single bed with no TV in the second bedroom sucked a little.

Great Condo in Golf Community

Nearly perfect two bedroom condo, great views, comfy beds and well equipped. Things other travelers would need to know: This is a golf community, with no real access to the beach. When we went to the local beach at PB Sunset, they wouldn't even let you touch the water or walk down the wet surf... the ocean was very calm that day. We rented a car so no big deal, we got plenty of beach time at Santa Maria and Chileno, but had to drive there. The restaurants are not near the condo. There is one place to eat at the community clubhouse that is within walking distance, everything else you must drive to. The pools next to the condos are beautiful and never crowded, but not heated. The clubhouse pool is heated. This was important as the weather was perfect at 75 degrees but with a stiff breeze the pools were too cold to swim for any length of time. Bottom line, if you had a car to get around, people were happy. Other guests we talked to were frustrated by slow shuttles or waiting outside the gates for a Uber/Taxi. We were extremely happy to not be involved in the holiday chaos at the hotels and come back to a great, quiet condo away from the party.

The room was a very spacious two bed room condo with wonderful furnishings. All the amenities were there also, including a washer and dryer. What an awesome deck and great view. Copola is on the Quivira golf course, so it is actually 2.2 miles away from the Pueblo Benito Sunset Resort, where many of the restaurants and activities are located. So if you are going to use this condo to stay and still access the Sunset, I recommend you rent a car or be prepared to take a taxi back and forth, as the shuttle service provided by Copola to get to Sunset is not very reliable. Other than that, this location gives you soothing quiet and relaxation at your own pool, while providing access to the other facilities if you'd like to spice it up a bit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again someday.

Great views, clean condo, inexpensive

The condo and the area are new development. There is a bit of construction noise, but we were out so much of the day that it was not an issue. The condo itself is an excellent deal and was well equipped with excellent Internet, full kitchen, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Beds were comfortable and TV worked well. The pools associated with the facility are fantastic. The views are awesome.

Copala is fantastic and this is a great condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Our second time in Copala. Very nice condo. Loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Condo is set up best for families with twin beds and a king bed. Two things that would make this condo better would be a coffee table in the living room and one on the deck. Great internet, Netflix on television which was nice to escape the constant U.S. politics. Could use some more cookware.

Very Nice

We stayed for four weeks at this condo, which is located in a large, secure development that has several other resorts onsite. There are many dining options , though in my opinion, most are over priced. The Market Place at Sunset Beach was our favorite. It has 6 or 7 different cuisines. It's like a food court but much better. This is also where you catch the free shuttle bus to the Rose, in downtown Cabo. You can call the Copala van to take you anywhere onsite. We had no problems with the shuttle service and found it to run very efficiently. You can use any of the facilities at any resort. The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed. There were some supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher cleaner. We did buy paper towels, garbage bags and laundry detergent . You will need your own shampoo and bathing soap. There are two very nice tvs but there is no cable. But you have Netflix and you can get some news on YouTube. The internet worked great. The view is good but the ocean is probably a half mile or more away. We could see whales daily from our patio. The owners were very quick to answer any question we had. This is a nice modern condo which we enjoyed.
