With central heat / a.c. and a laundry room Large backyard and on-site parking The house is equipped with brand new appliances and fixtures making your stay clean and comfortable. Centrally located and within 20 minutes to most of Los Angeles attractions including beaches, Hollywood Walk of fame, rodeo drive and downtown! The listing is private to guests with a private entrance however guests should know that there the host lives next door. Backyard is a shared space. Our place is located in close walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and places of worship.
