We have stayed here several times and we were so dissatisfied. The staff was not as pleasant or helpful as past visits. We were not allowed a late check out and had to pay for another day. Our landline did not work so unable to contact front desk for anything. Also microwave was broken. Front desk had the worst customer service. Even before arrival I needed to get my son on the reservation to check in due to a delay on my arrival. Reaching a person was a nightmare. When I finally did they were so unhelpful and sarcastic. I am just so unhappy with this stay.

The side door to the parking lot says it’s locked 24 hours and use your room key but it was never locked while e were there even after our return after midnight it was unlocked. It made me feel uncomfortable
