My room was clean, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. I arrived earlier than expected due to transportation and politely asked if early check-in was available. The receptionist had a very nasty attitude, did not ask for my name or reservation information, and did not check availability. After leaving, I called the front desk and received the same poor attitude; this time I was asked for my reservation information and was simply told nothing was available. I returned around 2:00 PM and had to wait in the hot parking lot until the 3:00 PM check-in time. The lack of courtesy and willingness to assist significantly impacted my experience.

Rug in room seemed damp when walking with just socks or barefoot. Bathroom floor seemed sticky. Breakfast was well prepared and area kept up. Overall we had a good experience. Would definitely consider staying here in the future.

I noticed that there was no clock in the room. Normally there is a clock to glance at when getting ready. I consistently had to look at my phone. Also, the remote control for the TV or the TV did not pull up hotel services to check out though it claimed that was an option on the TV. Overall, the people were nice. The room was also a little noisy because of the freeway. The curtains didn't block much of the noise because it did not go all the way down.
